Easily accessible from all over Lake Country, it's less than 20 minutes from the I-94 and Hwy 16 intersection, and only about 10 minutes from I-94 and Hwy F when coming from the west. Enjoy the convenience of our private parking lot with plenty of space—say goodbye to parking worries and arrive feeling relaxed and ready for your appointment!
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
At The Black Bell Collection, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a personalized luxury experience. To respect the time of our independent beauty professionals and fellow guests, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will always strive to be understanding whenever possible. However, last-minute changes often prevent us from accommodating other guests who are waiting for appointments. We greatly appreciate your consideration and ask that you notify us as soon as possible if your schedule changes.

Q: How do I know which service to book?
If you’re unsure which service is the best fit for your hair goals, we recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation with your preferred stylist. You may also text your current hair photos along with your inspiration images directly to the independent stylist of your choice.
Your stylist will personally review your photos, discuss your desired outcome, and recommend the service, timing, and investment best suited to achieve your vision. We believe every guest deserves a customized experience, and we’re committed to ensuring you feel confident in your booking before your appointment begins.

Q: Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
To preserve the elevated, relaxing atmosphere our guests have come to expect, we kindly encourage appointments to be enjoyed independently whenever possible. Our salon experience is intentionally designed to provide a peaceful retreat where you can unwind, disconnect, and enjoy dedicated one-on-one time with your beauty professional. For this reason, we ask that guests refrain from bringing additional visitors to their appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
To maintain the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are scheduled to receive services themselves. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a serene and luxurious
Q: Do you offer bridal or group bookings?
The Black Bell Collection is pleased to offer luxury bridal beauty services for brides seeking an elevated, personalized experience on their special day.
To ensure every bridal party receives the highest level of attention, care, and artistry, we accept a limited number of weddings each season. Bridal bookings are selected thoughtfully based on availability, service needs, and overall fit with our brand experience.
A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all bridal reservations. Due to the extensive planning, scheduling, and preparation involved, bridal dates are not held without a completed booking and deposit.
Because our bridal calendar is intentionally exclusive and availability is limited, we encourage interested brides to contact us directly for detailed information, availability, and a customized bridal proposal.
